Caring for your crochet item is easier than you think! Many items can be spot cleaned with water + mild detergent if needed. If an item is heavily soiled, either hand wash it with cold water and a mild detergent, or put it in the washing machine in a garment bag if possible, wash on a gentle or delicate cycle with cold water + mild detergent, and lay flat or hang to air dry.

Sometimes after a washing, sewn in yarn ends can wiggle free and poke out. Have no fear, your item is not coming undone! Simply trim loose ends carefully or tuck them back in.
